Novice Swimmers take part in 2 galas over weekend
Our Novice swimmers had a busy weekend under the instruction of Coach Jessica Burgess, with assistance from Coach Maddy Martin. First event for our Novice team was on the Saturday morning. Our Novices swam the Steve Botha Future Champs Gala. An annual event, staged in Boksburg! Overall it was an awesome gala. All the first time swimmers had fun as well as learning how to compete. Sunday morning a second set of novices headed off to Mandeville Dolphins Junior League, gaining the experience and confidence required for competition. This novice event was swum at St Andrew's Aquatic Centre. The results were awesome. Lots of time taken off.
