Another fun Level 1 Regional Championship gala, done and dusted.

As always... Some swimmers feel like Olympians.... and a few others, did not enjoy the day.

Every gala, is training for the next. Lessons learnt today will make all our swimmers, better and stronger for the next.

Accept today's lessons and move on up.

Remember:

Swimmers don't quit, and quitters don't swim!
